As you progress through Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will immerse yourself in a world of magic and adventure, where you will meet new characters and complete many quests. But there is other content in the game. And if you don’t feel like building and crafting, you can cook delicious meals. There are more than 160 unique recipes in the game, and the best dishes – are 5-star ones. Such recipes give a lot of energy, you can sell these for a high price, and if you want to become the best chef in the game, you can start with Mushu’s Congee. This dish looks funny, but to cook it, you have to work hard.

How to Make Mushu’s Congee in Disney Dreamlight Valley

First of all, it is worth noting that 5-star dishes are not much different from any other dish. The exception is that you must collect five different materials, and it’s pretty hard to do. Mushu’s Congee is no exception, but only further confirms this rule, as you must unlock all the locations in the game to cook this dish.

Sounds pretty intimidating, and if you’re just getting started in the game, you can forget about Mushu’s Congee for now. But if you are ready, then to make Mushu’s Congee in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you must collect the following materials:

  • Rice. To get this material, visit the Glade of Trust and unlock the local Goofy Stall. Here you can buy Rice Seeds for 35 Coins and grow this material on your farm.
  • Egg. You can buy Eggs right before cooking at Chez Remy for 220 Coins.
  • Mushroom. You can get Mushrooms from the Glade of Trust, but unlike Rice, you can find this material right in the clearing or near the trees.
  • Ginger. Travel to the Forgotten Lands and look for Ginger growing in the local gloomy meadows.
  • Garlic. To get Garlic, visit the Forest of Valor and look for little sprouts that rise slightly above the grass.

Once you have collected all the materials, put these in the pot and click Start Cooking. The finished dish looks funny and ridiculous, but it is very satisfying and tasty. But we still do not recommend eating it. You can get energy from simpler meals, so we advise you to sell Mushu’s Congee to earn good money. Also, you can gift Mushu’s Congee to a local character to increase your friendship level.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
