This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

Little Alchemy 2 gives you the chance to combine elements, starting from the most basic of them, to create vastly complicated and in-depth elements, like Time. Though, the process to get from something basic like Water or Fire all the way up to something like Time is often rather confusing. Let’s take a look at how to make Time in Little Alchemy 2.

[Updated on July 7th, 2024 – Rewrote for clarity and updated formatting]

All Time Combinations

Creating Time in Little Alchemy 2 is actually quite a bit different than most elements, as it requires you to unlock at least 100 elements first. There is no actual combination to create Time, but instead, only you’ve unlocked 100 other elements, it will be available for you to use.

For the most part, you just need to mess around with the basic elements to combine them and unlock more. Below, I’ll give you a quick list of a few easy element combinations you can make to get you started on your way to unlock Time.

  • Combine Earth and Fire to make Lava
  • Combine Earth and Lava to make a Volcano
  • Combine Lava and Water to make Steam and Obsidian
  • Combine Water and Water to make a Pond
  • Combine a Pond and Water to make a Lake
  • Combine a Lake and Water to make a Sea
  • Combine Sea and Earth to make a Primordial Soup
  • Combine Water and Earth to make Mud
  • Combine Primordial Soup and Volcano to make Life
  • Combine Earth and Air to make Dust
  • Combine Fire and Air to make Smoke
  • Combine Fire and Sea to make Salt
  • Combine Earth and Earth to make Land
  • Combine Land and Life to make Animal and Soil
  • Combine Animal and Land to make Horse
  • Combine Horse and Water to make Seahorse and Hippo
  • Combine Soil and Life to make Plant
  • Combine Plant and Land to make Grass
  • Combine Plant and Sea to make Seaweed

After you’ve unlocked at least 100 elements, Time will automatically be unlocked and you will be able to use it in Little Alchemy 2.

She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
