Do you want to make waffles in Disney Dreamlight Valley? Cooking is an essential mechanic in Gameloft’s life simulation game. Cooking specific recipes will complete various quests, earn you boost Energy, and others. Players are gifted with new quests with each update that sends them scavenging various Disney realms. In a recent update, players need to make Waffles for one of the quests, and if you haven’t done this before, it can be a bit confusing since there are a few similar recipes. This guide will show you how to make waffles in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Cook Waffles in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To make waffles in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will need the following ingredients:

  1. One Wheat — You can get wheat or its seeds from Goofy’s Stall in Peaceful Meadow.
  2. One Milk — You can obtain Milk from Chez Remy Pantry for 230 Star Coins.
  3. One Egg — Eggs can be bought in Chez Remy Pantry for 220 Star Coins.
  4. One Sugarcane — The recipe says “any” sweet, but players will need a sugarcane which can be acquired in Dazzle Beach for 29 Star Coins.

The main confusion about this recipe is the sugar part. The recipe says you can use any sweets; however, that creates a problem. If you use Vanilla instead of Waffles, you will make Crepe in Disney Dreamlight Valley. On the other hand, if you opt for Cocoa Beans, then you will get Chocolate Waffles.

Desserts in Disney Dreamlight Valley are the most challenging dishes to cook. You can make more mistakes than you can count crafting a different dish. Waffles are a part of this trend since you can end up making Crepe instead of Waffles one too many times. Luckily, all of these ingredients are easy to obtain, including sugarcane. You need to remember this as it is utterly important:

  • Wheat, Milk, Eggs, and Vanilla = Crepe
  • Wheat, Milk, Eggs, and Cocoa Beans = Chocolate Waffles
  • Wheat, Milk, Eggs, and Sugarcane = Waffles

Once you have these materials, head to a stove or the Chez Remy cooking station to make the waffles, a four-star dessert in Disney Dreamlight Valley; you will need one piece of coal to launch the cooking process.

In addition to buying ingredients for the recipe, you can grow some of the ingredients from their seeds. However, this can be time-consuming, and you will want to complete your quest as soon as possible.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
