Type Soul gives you the ability to be a Hollow, Soul Reaper, or Quincy; just like in the Bleach anime. Also like the anime, you’re given the chance to work towards being the best at whichever of the three you choose. Being the best at these classes is all based 0n your Grade and how well you’ve mastered your different abilities. Grades are different between each class, so let’s get into how to rank up your Grade in Roblox Type Soul.
Type Soul Grades Explained
The Grades in Type Soul are categorized by rank, totaling 11 different Grades. Starting from the lowest Grade to the highest, the list goes:
- Grade 5
- Grade 4
- Grade 3
- Semi Grade 2
- Grade 2
- Grade 1
- Special Grade 1
- Special Grade
- Semi-Elite Grade
- Elite Grade
As explained above, each class has a different way of going about ranking up Grades.
How to Rank up Soul Reaper Grade
For Soul Reapers in Type Soul, ranking up your Grade is a matter of completing Division missions and duties. When you first start the game and have made your choice to be a Soul Reaper, follow these instructions to rank your Grade up quickly while in the Soul Society:
- Press the , key to show all of the map icons. These icons are the different Divisions that you can join.
- Find and join the Fifth Division.
- You can join any Division you want. The Fifth Division is just the easiest for ranking up quickly.
- Inside the building for the Fifth Division are two notice boards; one with a single Divison Duty and another with several quests tacked on.
- Join a party by yourself or with friends and do several of the regular quests.
- A majority of these quests will consist of you slaying Hollows, which will help you easily get to Grade 3.
- At Grade 3, you can start taking on Division Duty quests until you rank up to Grade 2, where you’ll then need to switch up how you rank up.
- From this point on, you’ll need to participate in Raids, obtain Shikai, and kill Quincy’s in order to rank up Grades.
How to Rank up Hollow Grades
The Hollows and Arrancars are part of the same Hollow class in Type Soul. Unlike Soul Reapers, you can’t necessarily get too far just by accepting missions. Instead:
- You’ll be sent to Hueco Mundo as a Hollow.
- Defeat other Hollows until yuou mecome a Menos yourself.
- Once you’re a Menos, press Ctrl + K to kill yourself and become an Arrancar.
- From here, just like Soul Reapers, you’ll be able to accept notice board quests to kill other Arrancars, leveling up to Grade 2.
- At Grade 2, go to the Hueco Castle and locate an cat girl NPC who will move the quest forward.
- After speaking with her, you’ll be asked to go to the top of Hueco Castle to activate an orb that will ask you to kill either a Shinigami or a Quincy.
- You’ll then need to carry the orb across the map to jump into the void with.
- I recommend playing with friends because while carrying the orb, you are defenseless and moving at walking speed.
- In the void, you’ll need to complete an obby with an orb at the end that you need to select in order to gain your Partial Resurrection.
- You’ll be able to rank up to Vasto Lorde as well as Full Resurrection at this point.
- You only have once chance to be Vasto Lorde, and then you’ll never get the chance to again. You’ll need to fcollect 25 Mask Cracks from Hueco Mundo raids which unlocks a battle with a Vasto Lorde that you must defeat.
- Full Resurrection is a three-step process
- Win 13 Hueco Mundo raids, seven Clan Wars, and 25 Ranked matches.
- Grip 15 players from opposite factions, kill 80 Hollows, and kill one Serpent in Hueco Mundo.
- Go to the pit where the Meno are and meditatie at the Sword Statue for a total of ten minutes. Then, complete the Los Notches Maze.
How to Rank up Quincy Grades
The Quincy class will take you to Wandenreich City. Create a party by yourself or with friends to start working on notice board missions, like in the Soul Society.
- Wake up in Wandenreich City as a Quincy.
- Complete missions on the notice boards until you get to Grade 2.
- At Grade 2, you can activate your Schrift by speaking to the angel statue at the end of Wandenreigh Bridge.
- Activating Schrift requires you to defeat a varierty of Hollows and Soul Reapers.
- Do this all the way until you reach Elite Grade, which then allows you to obtain Vollstandig. There are two stages to this:
- Win seven Clan Wars, 26 ranked duels, and 13 Raids.
- Kill Bawabawa, 80 Hollows, and get 15 Elite Grips.
- Even at Elite Grade, you can still obtain Letzt Stil which can be acquired by:
- Consuming ten Hogyoku Fragments in Wandenreich City.
How To Get Back To The Correct Server
While finding out the best way to rank up your Grades, I ran into a frustrating issue: I kept spawning in areas that have nothing to do with my class or what I am supposed to be doing. Personally, I kept spawning in Hueco Mundo, regardless of my class.
To fix this, you need to select the Server button on the top left of the screen. Then, in the new window, select the abbreviation ofr whichever location you want to go to. For example, if you’re trying to get to Hueco Mundo, select the HM.
- Select the Server button.
- Open the server list of all the open servers for the location you want to go to.
- Scroll down the list until you find a server that has fewer than 30 people.
- Select it and you’ll be taken to that server and that location.
