Steps to Request a Refund on Xbox
You can request a game refund through the Xbox refund page for any digital product from the same account. However, you must request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. And you must not play the game for a significant amount of time. Also, you must request a refund from the same account where the purchase was made. On the other hand, you must not exceed the limit of refund requests per year. However, Microsoft has not revealed this threshold for the refund request limit. Below are the steps you need to follow.
- Go to the Xbox refund support page: Once on the support page, log in from the same account where you made the purchase.
- Go to Request Availability and select the game. Once logged in, you will notice the available Xbox games to refund from the Request Availability section at the bottom. Otherwise, the game you wish to refund does not meet the criteria.
- Choose the game for a Submit your refund request: Choose the game from the list and proceed.
- Submit the request: Fill out all the details and submit your refund request after confirming all the details.
