While you can obtain many pieces of equipment by progressing through AC Mirage’s story, getting rare dyes or accessories requires solving riddles known as the Enigma. So, while walking around the northern part of Baghdad in the Shari area, you should find and solve Left Behind Enigma. Being a primitive drawing of several houses on the riverbank, Left Behind Enigma can confuse even those who have spent dozens of hours in AC Mirage. Indeed, unlike A Holy Hoard Enigma, Left Behind is not even a map. However, you only need to find an abandoned settlement in the western part of the map, and we will show you the way.
Where To Find Left Behind Enigma in AC Mirage
As we said earlier, to start Left Behind Enigma, you must walk around the western part of Baghdad in the Shari area in the central part of Harbiyah. The scroll you need lies in one of the houses south of the Metal Factory, but it is not easy to find. The map in the image above should help you find Left Behind Enigma in AC Mirage if you know the area well, but here are more specific steps:
- First, as we said, go to the Shari area and take the Metal Factory as a starting point.
- Next, head south until you see a very narrow river channel.
- Look around the area and find a low rock slope leading to a scaffolding blocking the window.
- Break the scaffolding by pressing the button from the hint on the screen and climb into the window.
- Take the Left Behind Enigma scroll next to the sleeping man.
If this is one of your first Enigmas and you want to try solving it yourself, you should know how to open the hint:
- To begin, open the Character Menu and go to Inventory.
- Scroll down the Quest Items tab to the Enigmas section.
- Select Left Behind Enigma and open the drawing.
AC Mirage: Left Behind Enigma Solution
Unfortunately, the Left Behind Enigma drawing is not a map but a rough sketch of the area with the secret reward. If you’ve only traveled around Baghdad so far and did not go far beyond the city borders, you may be carrying this Enigma around for quite a while before you find the right place. After all, the answer is located far to the west of the city in a small Abandoned Village near the river. With this hint, you can find this place without our guide, but if you are looking for specific steps, here is what you need to do:
- To begin with, take the westernmost corner of the Abbasiyah area as a starting point.
- Next, go west until you reach the Abandoned Village.
- Walk through the village to the riverbank and find a bank with a small pier and a fish hanging on a rope.
- Approach the fish, and you will see a glowing pile of dirt with a Horned Lion Talisman.
- By the way, if you now look at the drawing of this Enigma, you will notice the resemblance to the shore on which you are standing.
