One of the first hurdles you’ll run into in Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader involves how to solve the Navis Nobilite lab puzzle on Eurac V. Weird science and horrific consequences are the bread and butter of the 40k setting, so it’s no surprise that Rogue Trader throws this puzzle at players early. You’ll encounter the Navis Nobilite lab shortly after completing the Prologue. The good news is that the clues to solve the puzzle can all be found in the lab’s vicinity. At least Owlcat Games doesn’t make us walk far. Here’s everything there is to know about how to solve the Navis Nobilite lab puzzle.
Navis Nobilite Lab Puzzle Solution in Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader
The first step in solving the Navis Nobilite lab puzzle on Eurac V is to gather the necessary ingredients. You can easily find them in the surrounding area by using your map. Look for the yellow box and eagle symbol, which indicates the presence of a container. Once you’ve collected everything you require, return to the lab. Note that two of the ingredients you collect can’t be used in their raw form. You must first place the Adamantium and Psy-Crystal into the Transducer to turn them into Adamantium Dust and Crystal Dust.
Once you’ve prepared your ingredients, you can start placing them in the appropriate slots in the Laboratory Flasks and Data-Crypt Connector.
- Data Crypt Connector – H-41-OK
- Tissue Flask – Mutated Flesh Sample
- Catalyst Flask – Biogel
- Reagent Flask – Crystal Dust
Once you’ve placed the final ingredient, a yellow hand icon will appear in the center of the machine. Click on it to complete the puzzle. As a reward, you’ll receive Adaptive Antidote, which is useful when facing poisonous enemies. That’s a tip every beginner should know. Though it makes you immune to Toxic Damage, be aware that it also bestows your character with a -10 Toughness penalty until the end of combat.
- Data Crypt Connector – K-04-OH
- Tissue Flask – Flesh Sample
- Catalyst Flask – Unidentified Acid
- Reagent Flask – Adamantium Dust
The reward for completing the second Eurac V puzzle in Rogue Trader is the Elixer of Warp Neutrality. That protects your party members against Warp Damage, a deadly threat in the 40k universe, though it also prevents them from dealing Warp Damage. It’s worth completing the puzzle both ways to get both rewards. Though they aren’t the most important items in the game, they both come in handy, especially when you’re still learning to grapple with Rogue Trader‘s harsh universe.
