Introducing old but beloved Bayonetta outfits from previous games into new games in the series is already a good tradition for developers. And although you have to start with the standard Super Mirror 3 skin, you can unlock Bayonetta 1 & 2 costumes in Bayonetta 3 in two ways:
- Use Save Data with Bayonetta 1 & 2 if you have them.
- Complete the game’s story on any difficulty.
Regardless of the option, you will eventually have to visit Rodin’s Treasures. Next, you can buy Bayonetta 1 & 2 costumes, aka Super Mirror and Super Mirror 2 outfits, for 4,000 Halos each. However, let’s talk more about each option for unlocking costumes.

If you have bought and played Bayonetta 1 & 2 on this account, you probably have Save Data from both games. In this case, you can purchase both costumes at any stage of the passage. Although you still need to accumulate 4,000 Halos.
If Bayonetta 3 is your first game in the series, you will have to complete the story part of the game on any difficulty level.
