You can unlock Glacius in Hogwarts Legacy by Popping Balloons in Hogsmeade Station and Quidditch Pitch. Each location has five balloons that you need to pop up. Here are the steps you need to follow.

1. Go to Madam Kogawa at Hogwarts Feilds. She will assign you to pop balloons at Hogsmeade Station and Quidditch Pitch.
2. Hop into your Broom and go to Hogsmeade Station.
3. Use Revelio spells to reveal balloons.
4. Pop up each ballon by hitting them with the edge of the Broom Stick.
5. Go to Quidditch Pitch and repeat the same process.
6. Once you’ve popped all five balloons at both locations, go back to Madam Kogawa, and she will teach you the  Glacius spell.

Remember, finding the fifth ballon in both locations is tricky. But look around carefully, and eventually, you will find it.
