The latest patch of Endwalker expansion for FFXIV is here. Same as patches released before, a series of new questlines and characters are added to the game alongside items, weapons, and clothes. Among them is also a new Custom Delivery. Margrat will be the responsible character for your new deliveries, but you must complete a series of tasks in order to unlock it. That said, let’s go over what you must do to unlock Margrat’s custom deliveries in Patch 6.5 of FFXIV.
Margrat’s Custom Delivery Quest in FFXIV Endwalker
Margrat is a Sharlayan researcher added to the game with Patch 6.5 for the Endwalker expansion of Final Fantasy XIV. She will give you customized delivery quests each week that you can complete to get rewards. Initially, her delivery services are locked, so you must complete a series of tasks to make it available.
There are three tasks that you should complete before reaching the quest of unlocking Margrat’s delivery:
- Have at least one Gathering or Crafting Job at Level 80
- Have completed the Go West, Craftsman quest
- Have Progressed in the main scenario quest Going Haam
Once you’ve taken care of the mentioned tasks, you have to speak with Theopaulding in Old Sharlayan (X: 14.0, Y: 15.0) to start the A Request of One’s Own. This is an easy quest that you can complete in no time. All you have to do is speak with the relaxing researcher in Sharlayan Hamlet, and then you are good to go.

After the quest is complete, a message will appear on your screen informing you that you’ve unlocked Margrat’s Custom Delivery. Now that you’ve unlocked her services, you can make six deliveries per week.
The items she will ask will differ, but they won’t be something hard to find. Each time, she will reward you with Gil, XP, or Scrips. Doing more jobs will increase Margrat’s satisfaction, which leads to more deliveries with better rewards. If you want to know more about Patch 6.5, we recommend watching Meoni’s video below:
