Season 2 of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 is officially here, and there are tons of new things for players to get and learn. As part of the new season, five new weapons have been added to Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. Among them is the Crossbow, and here is how to unlock it in MW2 and Warzone 2.
How to Unlock the Crossbow in MW2 and Warzone 2
Crossbow is one of the five new weapons added to Modern Warfare 2. For many reasons, players are already excited to get this weapon. The biggest asset of it is that you can retrieve your arrow back from the enemy you’ve just eliminated.
In most games, Crossbows are among the most powerful weapons, but in the case of MW2 and Warzone 2, we still have to wait a little bit to compare them to all other weapons and decide how powerful it actually is.
In order to get the Crossbow, whether in MW2 or Warzone 2, you have to complete the Path of the Ronin challenges. Ronin is a type of Samurai that has no master and therefore wanders alone, which makes the Crossbow the best weapon for it.
As for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, players must complete 7 challenges known as the Seven Virtues of Bushido which are: Integrity, Respect, Courage, Honor, Compassion, Sincerity, and Loyalty.

The challenges for getting Crossbow in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 are different. Firstly, here is the list of challenges you have to complete to get the Crossbow in MW2:
- Integrity: Win 15 matches in any multiplayer game mode.
- Honor: Get 100 objective defense kills.
- Sincerity: Get 50 operator kills using Battle Rage.
- Compassion: The challenge hasn’t been announced.
- Courage: The challenge hasn’t been announced.
- Loyalty: The challenge hasn’t been announced.
- Respect: The challenge hasn’t been announced.

- Integrity: Finish in the top ten, five times in matches.
- Honor: Restore honor five times in Resurgence matches.
- Sincerity: Complete five bounty contracts.

- Loyalty: The challenge hasn’t been announced.
