Rockstar Games really hit players with a “blast from the past” in the latest Agents of Sabotage update. As part of this major patch, GTA Online added the new Garment Factory Missions. While there’s a lot more content to try, players who want to rack up some quick money with almost no cooldown in between will want to purchase this iconic locale. If you’re unsure about how or where to start your next criminal venture, we’ll help you right here.

Like any other new update, you’ll get a call explaining the new business you can purchase. This time, Pavel will contact you and ask you to consider buying the Darnell Bros. factory. For those with keen eyes, this is the building that Lester used to plan many of the heists in the game. Now, GTA Online players can own it and use it as a front for the Garment Factory Missions.

Contrary to other updates, there’s only one property you can buy in this update, which is the Garment Factory. It costs $2,350,000.00, which is a steep price, but it comes with a few goodies. Besides unlocking the new missions, you’ll also obtain the following after owning this building:

  • Mk II Weapons Workshop.
  • 10 Slots to Store Vehicles.
  • A fast-travel system that takes players to certain stations across the map.
  • New Terrorbyte uprades.

That last addition is one of the best we’ve had in the game. While there are flying motorcycles and all manner of wild cars to take us across Los Santos, having a way to travel quickly to other places is a bonus and one that many players love.

After purchasing the property, you’ll unlock the new Garment Factory Missions, which are quite profitable in GTA Online, at least regarding the time you’ll spend on them and how quickly you can do them again.

Once you get your new property, you can head to the building’s terminal or access the new app on your phone to see the new missions. Currently, there are four tasks you can tackle:

  • The Black Box File – $155,000.00
  • The Brute Force File – $158,000.00
  • The Fine Art File – $153,000.00
  • The Project Breakaway File – $150,000.00

It is important to note that one mission will have an increased payout every week. For example, during the update’s launch week, The Brute Force File had an increased payout of $316,000.00. Also, if you do all four missions in one week, you’ll earn a bit more than $700,000.00, which is great, as it takes less time than the content of other recent updates, such as the Salvage Yard. It’s the best way to make money, but it’s certainly good to tackle it while you wait for your other passive business to accrue products for bigger sales.
