Unlocking the MX Guardian in MW2 and Warzone 2
Look for a classified sector in the Season 4 battle pass of MW2 and Warzone 2. You need to unlock this sector to gain access to the shotgun. Once you gain access to the sector, you’ll find four distinct challenges associated with it. Completing these challenges will reward you with an emblem, a calling card, a loading screen, and an XP token. Once you’ve completed all the challenges, you’ll finally unlock the MX Guardian shotgun. It’s best to use the Bryson 800 or the KV Broadside shotgun for these challenges. If you want to complete the challenges faster, choose small maps like Shipment.
The first challenge requires you to get ADS kills. This is straightforward to complete. Once you hop into the map, simply aim down sights (scope-in) before every kill. Make sure you fully aim down your weapon sight for it to count; partial or quick-scope aiming won’t register as a valid kill. The second challenge is to get hip-fire kills, which is also easy if you are using shotguns primarily used for hip-firing. We recommend using the KV Broadside for the first and second challenges. However, the Bryson 800 will also do the job.
The third challenge is to get 10 headshots. Since the number of kills is less, it’s not a daunting task. However, landing headshots is more challenging because you have only one opportunity to land the perfect hit. Try to aim high, and it becomes much easier if you’re playing on Shipment. The KV Broadside is also best for this challenge, as it allows for more shots to increase your chances of getting a headshot. The last challenge is to get one-shot kills, which is extremely easy with a shotgun. Use the Bryson 800 for this challenge and try to aim for the upper section of the body.
