Starfield invites you to explore endless space with many unique worlds. Each planet has different flora, fauna, and also the loot you can find. But of course, the best items and resources will rarely lie under your feet, so you have to carefully explore each location. Luckily, players get access to the Boost Pack quite early in the game, which will help them overcome high obstacles and more. So, read on to find out how to use the Boost Pack in Boost Pack in Starfield.

As we said, Starfield has many different planets, some of which have low gravity. Because of this, your character will be able to jump higher and further. And if you like that, you can do the same on planets with normal gravity. For this, you can use the Boost Pack in Starfield.

While at first glance the Boost Pack may appear to work like a jetpack in Starfield, it’s actually just a double jump. Using it, you can fly just above your jump, as well as fly a short distance until you run out of fuel. Fortunately, it regenerates after a short time.

You just need to follow the story quests until you reach the One Small Step quest. During it, you will receive your first Boost Pack called the Constellation Pack in Starfield. With it equipped, you can fly up by pressing the jump button twice. However, not all players will be able to do this.

All Boost Packs in Starfield require the players to have the Boost Pack Training Skill. Bounty Hunters and Soldiers have this Skill from the start. But if you chose a different class, you will have to spend skill points to unlock the Training Skill. Only then, you will be able to use your Boost Pack.

How To Upgrade Boost Pack

You can get Boost Packs in a variety of ways, including buying and looting defeated enemies. However, even a starter jetpack can become useful if you upgrade it. And for this, you need to increase the Training Skill rank. On higher ranks, all your Boost Packs will use less fuel and regenerate it much faster.

That’s all you need to know about how to use the Boost Pack in Starfield. This jetpack can help you while exploring or fighting, so follow our tips to upgrade it to the max. And while you are here, take a look at our guide on how to buy a House.
