Genshin Impact version 5.2 introduces the territory of the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe. Besides visiting the home of this big clan, you can also find many new NPCs in other areas. Among them is a man named Mamull, who is holding a challenge in Genshin Impact. While you may think it’s easy, this game is actually a scam, and there’s no way you can win it. Luckily, you can still force the man to admit that he’s scamming you and save two Iktomisaur.
Genshin Impact: Mamull Challenge Guide
You can find Mamull in Genshin Impact on the southeastern side of the home of the Masters of the Night-Wind tribe or southwest of the Statue of Seven. The man will be standing on a wooden platform with an adult Iktomisaur. If you want to try to win the challenge, you need to pay 500 Mora for every round.
The goal is to simply color the rock based on the colored rocks placed above the boxes. These rocks will disappear after one second, so you need to memorize their colors. There are four stages that you must complete in the Mamull challenge. Here are their answers:
- Stage 1: Yellow, Blue, Red
- Stage 2: Blue, Yellow, Red, Red
- Stage 3: Red, Blank, Yellow, Blue, Blank
- Stage 4: Red, Blank, Orange, Blue, Blank
There are only three basic colors that you can get by interacting with the Hued Monetoo nearby. If you want to get more complex colors, you have to combine them. For instance, you can get Orange by combining Red with Yellow. On the other hand, you can make Purple by mixing Red with Blue.
How To Free Child Iktomisaur
After you fail the third and the fourth stages in the Mamull challenge, you need to indwell an Iktomisaur. This will allow you to speak with the adult Saurian working with the man. It turns out that the Iktomisaur doesn’t want to work with Mamull, but the man has locked away its kid inside a cage.
You will need to help the kid escape by opening the door. Luckily, the key is hidden under a lamp near the treasure chests. After you obtain the item, unlock the cage and allow the child Iktomisaur to escape. You can then speak with the adult before trying the challenge again.
For the final stage, the colors of the rocks are Purple, Orange, Blue, Red, and Yellow. Once you have colored them all, speak with Mamull again. The man will be surprised that you’ve completed his challenge, and he soon discovers that the Iktomisaur no longer cooperates with him. After obtaining your money back from the man, you can open the luxurious treasure chest.
