Humble Choice is arguably one of the strongest gaming deals on the market, with a full set of games available for a fairly low price. With plenty to choose from each month, alongside a trove of DRM-free games and deals on the Humble Store, you can be certain you’re getting your money’s worth when you subscribe each month. With a gaming deal as popular as it is though, many have been providing healthy criticism to how they’d like to see its value improved, and thankfully Humble is listening. Through a blog post today, the team has detailed an upcoming major revamp to Humble Choice, with plenty of changes tailored to subscriber feedback.
Starting on February 1, the plan system will be going away and will be replaced with one plan, featuring all games for you to claim and keep forever. This bundle will be like the current plan, priced at $11.99 USD. With that new bundle though, the team will be focusing a bit more on offering stronger games each month. This will come with the caveat that the number of games will vary more heavily each month, but the quality should remain high no matter what month we’re talking about. And of course, you can simply skip a month should you feel it’s not a worthwhile month of games.
Alongside that though, subscribers will now get access to the new Humble Games Collection! This new collection will see frequent updates each month, featuring both critical and fan-favorite games you may not have played just yet. When it launches next month, you can expect to find Forager, Wizard of Legend, Dodgeball Academia, Unsighted, and Void Bastards! These will be available through a new desktop app, and more details regarding the new Humble Games Collection on its official page here.
Combined with everything already available, this new revamp to Humble Choice should bring plenty to look forward to in the coming months. If you’re curious about this month’s offerings though, take a look at our coverage.
