McDonald’s may be one of, if not the most, signature fast-food restaurants in the world. However, while the term “fast food” is typically fairly accurate, sometimes things can get a little out of hand. That’s what occurred when this Indiana man got very angry at the woman taking his order. As the man behind him records his public freak out, he would post it to the TikTok account, @DreMadeIt1. The clip has since then gone viral with around 200K views and 26K likes.
The TikTok starts with a bang as viewers are immediately thrown into the fire. The man at the drive-thru speaker can be heard screaming profanity at the woman taking his order. While it is unclear as to why this Indiana man is so upset, his insults are definitely not for the faint of heart. The man can even be heard threatening to kill the woman. Despite the somewhat alarming threat, the comments on TikTok are mostly making light of the situation. One even joked that the “Ice cream machine must be down again.“
Indiana Man Crashes Out on McDonald’s Employee
The string of insults from the man ranges from simple name-calling all the way to death threats. However, the McDonald’s employee was not taking them silently. The woman can be heard in the video telling the man to meet her in the parking lot at a specific time. This is what led the man to threaten her life before telling her, “I’m about that s**t!” The TikTok also has text on screen that reads from the point of view of the cameraman. The text says, “I just want my McDonald’s dawg.”
This Indian man’s late-night McDonald’s meltdown is just one example of the challenges faced in the service industry. Encounters like these appear to be extremely common, regardless of the time, place, or almost anything else. While it is not known why the man was so angry, it shouldn’t matter. Nothing in a McDonald’s drive-thru is worth getting that worked up about. Threatening someone’s life over a burger and some fries is unacceptable behavior.
Unfortunately, the fate of this very angry Indiana man will most likely remain a mystery. As with the fate of the cameraman, viewers can only hope he was finally able to get his meal. Life in the service industry can be a nightmare, and TikTok just got a first-hand look at that nightmare. Hopefully, he can get the help he needs to escape his anger.
