You may think that Nikki only focuses on creating cute outfits with stunning visual effects, but it’s much more than that. In Infinity Nikki, fashion is a way of life all over Miraland, earning a higher reputation by winning Style Challenges. But to beat your fashion rivals, you must know what Outfit Evolution is. This feature allows Stylists to expand their collection of garments in Infinity Nikki because, when evolving an outfit, they will unlock a different color for the same outfit, but you will need Calm Thoughts, Bling, and Thread of Purity, too. Of course, you will need certain materials to elaborate your new design.
How to Evolve an Outfit in Infinity Nikki
You can only Evolve the outfits you have already unlocked, which means you already have all the pieces. So you will need to use a lot of pulls and more because one of the essential materials for Evolve clothing is to get duplicate pieces. To access this feature, just follow these steps:
1. Open your Pear-Pal and select the Evolution option.
2. Select one of your completed outfits.
3. Below Nikki, you will see the button to unveil the recolor of the same outfit. Activate it to see the needed materials, such as Calm Thoughts, Bling, and Thread of Purity.
4. If you have all the materials, select Evolve.
When you wear Evolve clothing, the stats of your outfits don’t suffer any alteration; you only get the alternate color palette. However, not only does the color of the clothing change but so do its skills.
How to Get Calm Thoughts in Infinity Nikki
Getting Calm Thoughts can be the most time-consuming because you must first complete Chapter 7, and until this part, you will unlock a domain and the boss in it. It is precisely with this enemy that you will get Calm Thoughts as a reward after defeating the boss, but the trick is that it works as a Weekly Boss, and you will have to challenge it several times. Getting enough Calm Thoughts in Infinity Nikki may be slower than we would like.
However, if you have finished the story and completed Chapter 7, just go to one of the Warp Spires and select the Realm of Breakthrough to challenge the boss.
How to Get Thread of Purity in Infinity Nikki
The Thread of Purity is another essential item for creating new outfits in Infinity Nikki and for Evolving them. Still, this material can be gathered in other ways as well:
- Defeating Enemies
- As a reward after finishing quests or from your Mira Journey.
- From completing your Daily Wishes.
Another way to get Thread of Purity fast and easy is by unlocking the Realm of Escalation. To access this realm, you must advance in the story until you reach the New Guidance: Realm Escalation World Quest, where Tokar talks to you in Stylist’s Guild and teaches you how to use the Warp Spire. In the Realm of Escalation, you can get some materials such as Bling and Thread of Purity in exchange for Vital Energy. Vital Energy is a kind of stamina you can use in the Realms to get items, such as to create outfits, improve your skills, or challenge bosses. Per day, players can get a maximum of 288 Vital Energy, and it takes approximately 29 hours to recharge fully.
