Some TikTokers will do just about anything for views, even if it means disturbing or scaring complete strangers. While some stick to lighthearted pranks, others push the line into something far more aggressive. One unhinged TikToker in New York decided to take things way too far.
In a now viral video, the Black content creator can be seen standing in the middle of a crowded subway car, surrounded by passengers. Things start to feel off the moment he lowers himself to the ground, only to suddenly leap back up while screaming at the top of his lungs.
Most people flinch or glance over in confusion. But one passenger? He stays fast asleep through the entire thing. Honestly, we all need that kind of deep-sleep superpower.
Unfortunately, that same passenger ends up becoming the target. And the video takes a turn from annoying to outright disturbing.
After the yell, the New York TikToker jumps in the air and lands on the man sleeping with his elbow. Apparently, WWE could now be held on a subway as well. The man sleeping didn’t even do anything to the guy. People’s idea of what could be considered content nowadays is crazy. Of course, the victim wakes up, but he doesn’t seem fazed. I, on the other hand, wouldn’t let this go. What is more obnoxious is that the TikToker pretended like he didn’t do anything. He even acted like he was looking around for the attacker. Not surprisingly, people there didn’t have a reaction. I think that more insane things happen on the New York subway. The attack was still bad, though. The guy’s jump, along with using his elbow, could have broken the man’s neck.

While there was a man in the video who chuckled at what the New York TikToker did, not a lot of people were impressed. Several comments showed worry toward the victim, especially since he could have been badly injured. “Could have broken that guy’s neck. I hope this piece of shit gets his comeuppance,” one person wrote. Another person had some kind of pessimistic view as they said, “LEARN !? … Sad truth is,,, he’ll probably EARN. What a fuked up section of society social media has created.” Unfortunately, they have got a point. Someone else believed that this isn’t just a prank, but that it should be considered as assault. “Thats straight up assault…,” they wrote. It definitely should be treated as such. Imagine attacking someone just to gain some views.
Others were rightfully upset that people on the New York subway didn’t have any reaction at all. “Other people should be giving him shit. That’s way f**ked up. Attack someone who can’t defend themselves,” one person wrote. This made someone reply and say, “The lack of any response from everyone else is infuriating.” It’s okay to wish that passengers reacted, but some people defended those who didn’t act. “Probably folks are nervous of things going sideways if the guy pulls out a weapon, and then being trapped in the train with the guy,” another person said. They have to think of their safety as well. Even if the TikToker didn’t face consequences right now, karma will probably get to him soon. It always does. Hopefully, the guy’s sleep won’t be interrupted this way again.
