Ariana Grande‘s seventh studio album, Eternal Sunshine, is almost here, so naturally, fans are wondering whether she’ll go on tour, too. The “Yes, and?” singer addressed the possibility during an appearance on the Zach Sang Show. While she admitted having “the itch” to perform live, Grande explained one thing is preventing her from officially announcing a tour.
Will Ariana Grande Announce the “Eternal Sunshine” Tour?
Grande told Zach Sang that a 2024 tour is “TBD.” Although she would “love” to see her fans in concert again, it all depends on her schedule.
I miss being on stage. I miss my fans so much. That’s the honest-to-god truth.

Right now, Grande said she’s just putting all of her focus into releasing Eternal Sunshine. The album, which marks her first new release since 2020’s Positions, will drop on Friday, March 8. After she’s finished promoting the project, Grande will move on to doing press for Wicked. The first part of the movie adaptation will premiere in theaters in November. Meanwhile, the sequel will be released a year later.
Although her schedule is already packed this year, Grande isn’t ruling out touring entirely. She said she might consider doing concerts if it’s not a full-fledged tour. However, since nothing is set in stone, Grande told fans to not get their hopes up.
I am not ready to announce any sort of thing or get people too excited because I don’t want to disappoint.

The last time fans saw Grande live was when she embarked on her Sweetener world tour in 2019. The trek was in support of her Sweetener and Thank U, Next albums. Even though she came out with Positions the following year, Grande unfortunately had to skip touring in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Since then, she’s been taking a break from music to film Wicked. The two-part movie will star Grande as Galinda and Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba.
