Starfield has vast amounts of content, and the procedural generation means everyone gets a different experience on each planet. Some players might aim to conquer every achievement, and that includes those tied to difficulty. It’s not uncommon for games to have difficulty achievements or trophies, but not every game has them. Since Starfield is a large game where preloading is a smart idea, you don’t want to play more than necessary. Difficulty achievements are best obtained in a single run, while everything else is obtained later. To ensure you don’t waste your time, is there a difficulty achievement & trophy in Starfield?

Starfield does not have a difficulty achievement or trophy in its achievement list. This means that all of the trophies can be achieved on any difficulty you choose. You won’t have to challenge yourself or endure frustration if you want an easy time. Pick the difficulty that is most relaxing to you and enjoy the game as you like. While other trophies will be tied to actions in the game, you can complete them even on the easiest difficulty.

This will relieve players who want to complete Starfield quickly or aren’t in the mood to challenge themselves. There will be lots of content in the game, and it can be frustrating to know there’s another playthrough ahead of you. Achievement and trophy hunters can enjoy the fact that all trophies can be achieved on a single save. This doesn’t mean that Starfield is a cakewalk, but you won’t worry about getting one-shotted in the early areas for the sake of a trophy.

Even if you are struggling with the game, there are several companions you can recruit to make the journey less difficult. You can also wait for several mods that might help get other trophies. There are 50 achievements and trophies to obtain in Starfield, and plenty of time to grab them all. Chart a path for completing the missions and set everything to the easiest difficulty if necessary.

There’s no reason you can’t challenge yourself on the highest difficulty if you want. But it will only be for bragging rights and showing how well you can survive. If that’s not for you and you just want completion, playing on a comfortable difficulty is the best. Enjoy Starfield the way you want rather than push yourself for the sake of a trophy.
