Jaden Smith walked away from Kanye West’s Fashion show in Paris in protest of West’s White Lives Matter shirt. Kanye West’s 9th season of his Yeezy Show at Paris Fashion Week was attended by a lot of celebrities. Smith was not left out as he attended the show with other celebrities.
The rapper and actor, Smith, decided to leave West’s show when he sighted his shirt that had ‘White Lives Matter’ written on it. Kanye was spotted with Candace Owens who also wore the shirt while they posed together.
This writing is in reference to the popular slogan ‘Black Lives Matter‘ that was used in marches against police brutality against Blacks. Smith had said that he didn’t care who West was referring to, but “If I don’t feel the message I’m out.”
Kanye the rapper who is now also a designer had welcomed people in attendance at the show with a speech. He had said that “I am Ye, and everyone here knows that I am the leader…”
Per Marca, Smith later tweeted that “True leaders lead,” which seems to be in reference to what West said in his welcome speech. Jaden Smith is not only a rapper and actor but a civil rights activist also. He decided to leave West’s show because it contradicted everything he’s been fighting for.
