Star Wars Jedi: Survivor adds a new Rooftop Garden feature, letting you get and plant collectible seeds found all over the Koboh planet. While it has no gameplay benefits, planting all 10 different seeds will unlock the Growth Spurt Trophy/Achievement. Making a lush garden will also give you the personal satisfaction of beautifying the dingy and arid Pyloon’s Salon. If you need help finding and planting the seeds, this Star Wars Jedi: Survivor guide will explain all about Rooftop Gardening.

The Rooftop Garden feature will be unlocked after you’ve completed the Check on Mantis objective during “Chapter 3: A New Home.” The message prompt about the Garden and Zee’s Shop should appear once you’re aboard the ship.

You can access the Rooftop Garden by heading to Pyloon’s Salon on Koboh. Go to the second floor and look for a door to the right of the Aquarium. Head through the door, and you can start gardening once you have collected the plant seeds or Seed Pods. There should also be a shortcut to the Stinger Mantis that can be created by cutting a rope in the Garden.

Start gardening by walking up to a plot and pressing the R key (PC) or D-pad Down (console). Move around the plot and plant which seed you want by pressing Q or X on PlayStation or A on Xbox. If there’s a seed that you want to get rid of, use the Weed option. Meanwhile, the Plants tab lists your seeds’ growth. Don’t forget that you can change the seeds’ colors by pressing the F key/Triangle/Y button, provided you’ve collected them.

The Rooftop Garden can be upgraded, adding an additional plot of land. This can be done by recruiting an NPC named Pili Walde. In “Chapter 3: A New Home,” the second time you go to Jedha, there’s a Reach Pilgrim’s Sanctuary objective. During this time, you’ll come across her location when you reach Blustery Mesa. Look for a flag planted in the canyon. Grapple onto the cliff in front of the flag, then keep climbing to the right until you see an opening. Pili should be inside the cave. Make sure you have exhausted all of her dialogue to convince her to go to Pyloon’s Salon.

Once you’ve recruited Pili, just keep playing the game and collect any Seed Pods you come across. Check back and Talk to Pili often, and you should see that the remaining plots of land in the Garden automatically become available.

If you noticed, there are glowing bushes when you’re exploring Koboh; they contain Seed Pods. Slash the bushes, and you will automatically collect the seed, ready to be planted in the Garden. However, sometimes, finding them is easier than done. You can easily spot these bushes while running through the main story missions. But some of these “special floras” can be hidden in hard-to-reach locations. Thankfully, expanding the Garden will let you unlock the upgrade to add Seed Pod icons on your map.

All 10 seeds can be found in Koboh, and below is the list of all their general locations. For more details, check out WoW Quests’ video walkthrough below. Do note that getting the same seed could yield different colors and sizes of the same flower!
