Machine Gun Kelly has been a very busy bee lately. However, not all of it has been smooth sailing. Kelly has been dealing with relationship issues with a now-pregnant Megan Fox. The former couple are expecting their first child together. Now, MGK’s musical friend, Jelly Roll, has vowed to make peace between Kelly and an old rap rival, Eminem. Is Jelly up for the task, and can he get the job done?
Uproxx has reported that the beef between Machine Gun Kelly and Eminem has been going on for years now. The source also confirms that the beef has been just as strong since 2012. It would be safe to say that Jelly Roll has his work cut out for him if he ever hopes to get these two artists to make up. In a recent episode of the FLAGRANT Podcast on YouTube, Jelly Roll states, “My Heart is Always To Bring Them Together One Day.”
Jelly Roll Wants to End Machine Gun Kelly’s Beef With Eminem
The issues between MGK and EM started back in 2012. That was when Kelly referred to Eminem’s daughter, Hailie, as “hot as f**k” on Twitter. Since then, the two rappers have exchanged trash talk, dirty looks, and even a few diss tracks. MGK’s Rap Devil and EM’s Killshot are two of the diss tracks that stand out. It has not been pretty any time one of these singers talks about the other, that is for sure.
As for the relationship issues between Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, Jelly Roll has not spoken about his friend’s love life. However, Fox and Kelly have had their ups and downs since they began dating in 2020. Despite taking short breaks a few times in the past, this split feels different. Fox allegedly spotted some sensitive content on Kelly’s phone during their Thanksgiving trip to Colorado. This led to the couple breaking up despite having a baby on the way.
The news of the baby comes after the couple’s heartbreaking miscarriage. However, it also comes after Machine Gun Kelly’s secret trip to rehab to get his life back in order. MGK is now reportedly clean and sober of all substances. Kelly has also confirmed that he does, in fact, have a new album in the works. With Kelly’s newfound sobriety and a new album coming soon, Jelly Roll is still on the friendship crusade.
Can Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly really bury the hatchet just like that? After all of their trash talk, disses, and dirty looks, can they really get along? Jelly Roll sure seems to believe so. However, Kelly may have a lot of other things on his plate right now. Working on his relationship, his music, and his oldest daughter most likely takes priority. However, anything can happen. Maybe MGK and Eminem can become friends.
