Jennifer Garner may have just won Halloween. This year, the actress decided to dress up as none other than Jenna Rink. In her latest Instagram, Garner revived her iconic 13 Going on 30 character by bringing back Jenna’s colorful party dress for spooky season. Fans had to do a double take of Garner in the costume because they swear she hasn’t aged since the release of the film 20 years ago.

Jennifer Garner went all out for her Jenna Rink costume. She gave fans so much nostalgia by recreating a scene from 13 Going on 30 where her character gets ready for a work party. Of course, she had to bring out lip gloss, retinol cream, powder, and eyeliner to nail the early 2000s look. Just like the rom-com, Garner even set the montage to Whitney Houston’s hit single “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.” However, instead of eyeing a pair of lingerie like in the film, Garner hilariously brought out a pair of Spanx.
After getting all dolled up, Garner came out wearing Jenna Rink’s iconic party dress. She even accessorized by wearing her character’s chunky butterfly necklace. She showed off her costume by giving fans a twirl before ending the video. “Happy 20th Halloween, Jenna Rink. 💕” Jennifer Garner captioned the clip.
It may be hard to believe but 13 Going on 30 did release 20 years ago. The film premiered in April 2004 when Garner was 32 years old. Although the actress is now 50, fans can’t help but comment on how she still looks the same as she did two decades ago. “You haven’t aged a day!” one person told Garner. “Aged like fine wine,” another fan said.
Seeing Jennifer Garner in her Jenna Rink costume also had some fans wishing for a 13 Going on 30 sequel. A second film hasn’t been announced. However, anything is possible, right? Fans are crossing their fingers Garner can bring back Jenna officially one day.
