Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s divorce is nothing short of messy. The singer filed for divorce from the Gone Girl actor in August. However, they surprised fans with a family outing that included their kids over the weekend. Although the couple is seemingly moving to end their marriage, they appear to be civil with one another. However, sources claim that JLo is fuming behind closed doors as she believes Affleck is making a play to rekindle his romance with his first wife, Jennifer Garner.
According to In Touch Weekly, Jennifer Lopez has been seeing photos of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner looking very close. Now, JLo thinks that they’re getting close to reconciling their relationship and getting back together.

“Seeing the photos of them looking more like a couple than a pair of exes was the final straw for JLo, it was the push she needed to finally file for divorce,” an insider tells the outlet.
“She kept hoping that she and Ben might work things out, but he put in zero effort to fix things and only seemed interested in spending time with Jen and his kids,” the source continues. “It was horrible for JLo, because she’s now left wondering if she was some sort of pawn that he used to try and win Jen back.”
The informant went on to dish that during Affleck’s marriage to Lopez, he constantly raved and gushed over Garner. JLo allegedly bit her tongue on the issue, but it was reportedly a “huge issue” for the singer. “Any time they had a fight he’d go running to Jen.”
However, if Affleck is looking to win Garner back, he’ll likely have some competition. People Magazine reports that Garner and her boyfriend, John Miller, are still happily dating. Miller is said to also co-parent with his former partner, and understands the importance of Garner keeping her relationship with Affleck on good terms. “They are serious,” an insider tells the magazine.
Despite any ill feelings between Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck, and Jennifer Garner, they’re all making it work. JLo is said to be remaining friendly with her estranged husband so that their children feel safe being in each other’s lives. “Happy kids are her priority.”
