Jennifer Lopez has sparked concern about her weight as new photos show her enjoying London, U.K. The singer, 55, has been in the British capital over the past few days as she promotes her new Unstoppable movie, but talk wasn’t of her career as users reacted to her evening look.
Showing off her fit figure in a green dress and heels combo last Thursday, JLo looked in good spirits as she headed out for a night in London, looking elegant as usual as she wore a matching green coat, plus tan shoes. Fans on The Daily Mail largely thought that she’d nailed her outfit, but some did worry about her being skinnier than usual. Lopez made headlines over the summer for admitting that she’d lost weight, putting it down to an intense filming schedule.
Jennifer Lopez Shows Off Green Dress In London
Posting in the wake of her Dior suit showoff, seen above, JLo smiled while modeling a pistachio-green midi dress that grazed her calves. Rocking luxurious satins that largely swathed her curves, the “Dinero” hitmaker lifted her dress with one hand, showing off a leggy slit and her tiny waist.
Adding a darker green pea coat worn open, Lopez kept chic in pointed-toe stilettos, carrying a baby pink clutch as she wore her light tresses down. The JLo beauty founder, who recently tagged her 2021-founded brand on Instagram, sported plenty of cheek blush and bronzer over dewy foundation, turning heads for her wrinkle-free skin.
Fans Worried She’s Gotten Too Skinny
Lopez’s photos showed her heading to The Graham Norton Show. Quick to notice her shrinking frame, one fan replied: “Lovely attire but she either messed with her face or has lost too much weight.” Over 20 fans agreed. Others also remarked on the actress’ changing appearance, with a further fan stating: “She has just had a lot of work done on her face. Completely different look now.”
Speaking to talk show hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos in May, Jen admitted that she’d lost weight, but she confirmed being in the “best shape” of her life. “It was all singing and dancing, which was equal parts exhilarating and exhausting as well,” she explained while outlining that filming her latest movie was beyond demanding.
Fans may, however, think that Jennifer Lopez’s weight loss is also tied to the stress she’s suffered as a result of her latest breakup. In August, the singer filed for divorce from Ben Affleck after just two years of marriage. The former couple is negotiating their divorce with the help of celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser.
