Stunning as she relaxed from a studio and leaned against a mirror in a stylish workout look, the 54-year-old reminded her followers that health is wealth, with her brand even calling her “inspiring” as it revealed how JLo “uplifts” both her “body” and her “mind.” Jennifer has been making 2024 headlines as fans wonder if her marriage to husband Ben Affleck is on the rocks, but one thing has stayed steady. “Jenny From The Block” is still taking care of herself, and that includes hitting the gym on a regular basis.

Peeping her rock-hard abs as she flaunted her sculpted arms and shoulders, the mom of two donned sneakers as she held a bottle of BODYARMOR while keeping glam with her luscious locks worn down and straight.
Highlighting her age-defying looks as a full face of makeup brought out her defined bone structure and wrinkle-free skin, JLo reminded fans of her endorsement potential as she also wore a towel bearing the BODYARMOR logo โ in March 2023, the star was signed to the sports drinks brand also fronted by 40-year-old singer Carrie Underwood.
While Jennifer will snap sweat-dripping selfies that prove her hardcore workout mindset, this snap was much more about the self-care.

While Jennifer happily shares her gym sessions on social media, paparazzi photos of her entering and exiting gyms are proof that this is one A-lister who doesn’t skip the training.
“Very rarely will I skip my workout. Sometimes, I work too late the night before and I’m like, ‘Ugh, I can’t do this.’ But I tell myself, ‘Just do it. It’s only an hour,'” the American Idol judge has shared. The feature even saw Lopez mention twins Emme and Max, shared with ex-husband Marc Anthony. Here, she mentioned trying to “teach them” to eat the “right things,” naming fruits, vegetables, and grains as the building blocks of the meals she prepares.
