It’s the first Valentine’s Day as a married couple for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez as they both get Valentine’s Day tattoos. The actress revealed it was teamwork as her husband also celebrated their love with a tattoo. Fans of the Bennifer romance know that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s history goes back twenty years when they almost got married.
Between 2002 and 2004, they reigned as the king and queen of the power couple romance, but it all died down after a broken engagement. After marrying other people and sharing kids with their former partners, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck rekindled their romance, and surprisingly it feels as if they were never apart.
Since last year, they have been married and have found ways to balance their blended family. Zooming back into their romance brings fans to the conclusion that their love has come to stay. From shared posts on the “Shotgun Wedding” actress’s Instagram to attending star-studded events, these two seem inseparable.

Jennifer Lopez Gets tattoo And She is Not Alone
Jennifer Lopez gets tattoo on her rib cage. Her Valentine’s Day post spotlighted the new ink — an infinity sign with arrows piercing through the drawing, and their names, written in cursive. Affleck’s ink was two arrows forming an X sign with their initials “J” and “B” written above and below the crossed arrows.
Lopez’s Valentine’s Day post also featured throwback snaps of their younger selves, highlighting that their romance has been a long time coming. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck also enjoyed a yacht cruise where they recreated a scene from the “Jenny From the Block” music video, with the actor’s hand on his wife’s buttocks.
The actress left fans in anticipation that more would be revealed via the J Lo newsletter. She also shared a charming message that read:
“Commitment. Happy Valentine’s Day my love. #CommitmentIsSexy #ThisIsUsThen #ThisIsUsNow #ThisIsMeNow.”
Though Lopez is in awe of her relationship with her husband, she suffered PTSD before they walked down the aisle.
The 53-year-old knew they “fell apart ” the first time they were engaged, so she doubted whether their second marriage would happen. Lopez told Jimmy Kimmel, “We were so happy and, of course, it was happening, but the wedding was so stressful.”
So in order not to miss their second chance, Affleck arranged for a quick wedding in Las Vegas. One month later, they called on family and friends to witness their second wedding ceremony in Georgia.
