Jennifer Lopez has fans talking as news breaks over the luxurious L.A. property she’s seemingly unable to sell. The singer, 55, has been attempting to sell the $68 million California mansion she once shared with estranged husband Ben Affleck for months now, with The Daily Mail today reporting that the 38,000 sq. foot home has now been on the market for 100 days.
Meanwhile, new photos have shown JLo out and about in L.A. Seemingly unbothered over her property nightmare this week, the pop sensation kept stylish in jeans, a tweed blazer, and platform heels, looking fabulous and sunkissed as fans discussed her endless dramas. While some commented on her recent split from 52-year-old Affleck, others wondered what on earth a couple would need 24 bathrooms for. Alongside boasting 12 bedrooms, the Crestview Manor estate offers 12 luxurious bathrooms.
Jennifer Lopez Spotted In L.A. Amid Property Drama
Described as “glowing” by The Daily Mail, Jen flaunted her good looks and trendy sense of style in a ’90s-style pair of belted jeans, going baggy and belted while rocking a striped shirt and open blazer.
Looking in good spirits just two months after she filed for divorce, the actress didn’t seem worried that she’s yet to shift her unsold property, but fans in the comments didn’t take long to discuss it. Together with Batman star Ben, Jen purchased the sprawling estate last year, paying a whopping $60.8 million for it. That said, due to renovations and improvements, the former couple has added nearly $8 million to their asking price. Seemingly, nobody wants it.
Asked Who Needs ’24 Bathrooms’
Over 100 fans have now upvoted a comment noting the property’s numerous bathrooms. “Why would anyone need 24 bathrooms. Do they have lots of stomach problems over there?” the user wrote.
Noting that Lopez often has a security detail and her glam team on-tap, another responded: “One bathroom for every two people in her entourage.”
“I bet she needs cleaners for her cleaners! a third chimed in.
JLo is worth $400 million, having raked in the bulk of her net worth from her music sales, reality judging role on American Idol, and endorsements. She’s also earning cash from her JLo Beauty and Delola cocktail brands, both of which are promoted on her Instagram.
Ben Affleck might be feeling the lack of sale on his pockets, but he’s moved on with the purchase of his $20.5 million bachelor pad. The actor secured his new property shortly before the news of his divorce from Jen broke in late August.
