The mother of two seemed to draw inspiration from her days on the popular family TV series 7th Heaven for her new look after chopping off several inches of her long locks, giving her a youthful and fresh-faced look. The surprising haircut came just days after Biel opened up about her marriage with singer Justin Timberlake and admitted that things haven’t always been easy for the couple.
In the social media video, Biel is seen grabbing her long, light-brown strands with both of her hands. She tugs several times on her locks before a transition is made and she appears with much shorter hair. Her new bob hairstyle was parted down the middle and fell at her jawline. The actress also shared a photo of all of the hair that was cut off lying on the floor. Although Timberlake has yet to weigh in on his wife’s new look, many of her fans loved it.

However, others speculated that the actress may be having problems in her life that led her to make the decision to get the drastic cut. Some even played Justin Timberlake for the chop.
“Someone is having a love breakdown… I wonder what Justin did this time,” one person commented. “JT how could you let her do this?” another wrote. “Radical hair change for women usually means a break up is on its way,” a third person stated.
Jessica Biel’s haircut comes at a time when she’s being very open and honest about many parts of her life. That includes her marriage to Justin Timberlake. The actress, who has been married to the NSYNC singer since 2012, says that things haven’t always been sunny for the pair. In fact, she claims that the duo are currently going through a stressful time now. With Timberlake out on tour things aren’t easy for the pair, per The Sun.
“It’s always a work in progress,” she said of her marriage. “It’s constantly trying to find the balance, trying to find the time we can connect. Just finding a time where we can connect and see him in person and get him with the kids,” Biel continued.
“We’ve never done this before with two, so I don’t know. I’m already exhausted, and there’s been four shows. I don’t know how he’s going to do it. I don’t know how we’re going to do it, but we’re going to get through it, somehow, some way,” she ended.
