Over a month after Justin Timberlake’s DUI arrest made the headlines, his wife Jessica Biel has reportedly moved on from the incident. In June, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel became the talk of social media when the singer landed in police custody. According to reports, the police arrested the 43-year-old for DWI after he ran a stop sign and swerved through the road in Sag Harbor, New York. However, Timberlake claimed he wasn’t drunk but drank only one martini. Following the incident, sources revealed Biel was upset and disappointed. According to an insider, the actress couldn’t understand why her husband would attempt to drive himself home after drinking.
However, despite Biel’s anger and disappointment, she seemingly moved on quickly from Justin Timberlake’s DUI arrest. During a recent chat with In Touch, a source said Biel was back in the celebrity spot over the July 4th weekend. “Even though getting a DUI is very serious, she was in the Hamptons over the weekend of [July 5] acting like she didn’t have a care in the world,” the insider noted. They also revealed that the 7th Heaven star had moved on from everything that happened. “Justin screwed up again, yet she didn’t seem to be fazed by it,” the source said. Overall, the insider described Timberlake as a “lucky man,” as Biel was good at turning the other way.
Biel brushing off the incident would not be the first time she didn’t publicly reprimand her husband. In 2019, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel trended for the wrong reasons after the NSYNC alum got too close to Palmer costar Alisha Wainwright. At the time, Timberlake denied cheating on his wife but apologized for his actions. He described his actions as a “strong lapse in judgment.” Timberlake also said that it happened because he drank way too much and regretted his behavior. “I should have known better. I apologized to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation,” he said. Thankfully, the situation didn’t escalate or cause damage to Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel‘s marriage.
