Kaley Cuoco was busting out gym moves like a pro as she kept her post-baby body in tip-top shape last winter. In December 2023, the sitcom star was filmed pumping iron during a demanding indoor workout, with the footage coming just nine months after she welcomed daughter Matilda.
Showing off her fit figure, Kaley handled a massive barbell weight while clad in a stylish spandex gym look, and fans didn’t take long to comment. While one called Kaley “the hardest working woman in Hollywood,” another noted “No pain, no gain.” Kaley shares her only daughter with actor boyfriend Tom Pelphrey.

The footage, shared by trainer Ryan Sorensen, showed Kaley on a raised piece of floor equipment as she squatted while using her arms to push up a huge weight.
Highlighting her toned arms and shoulders as she kept going with her reps, The Big Bang Theory star caught the eye with her strong legs as she wore tight black leggings, with her clingy sleeveless workout tank bringing out her upper body. She even went sheer with paneled details for a slight flourish.
Adding in sneakers as she was filmed huffing and puffing, Kaley worked her entire body as she pushed herself up with each rep, likely also building those glutes up. “Let’s go @kaleycuoco,” Ryan had written, adding that Monday was “off to a good start.” Ditching all glam, Kaley also checked boxes for a real vibe as she went makeup-free while wearing her blonde locks a little tied back.
Kaley Cuoco Says Workouts After Baby Are a Struggle
Kaley was already a workout queen ahead of becoming a mother, but she’s revealed that getting herself to the gym amid the temptations to stay in bed with her little one is tough.
“But then I remind myself that it’s just an hour of my day, and like eating, it’s important for my body and my heart,” the actress revealed in November 2022, adding:
“And you never leave a workout and go, ‘I wish I didn’t do that.’ Even if it wasn’t the workout you envisioned, even if it it was a little bit more low-key. Getting a good sweat sets the whole tone for the day.”
Kaley is a massive fan of HIIT, with trainer Ryan often setting up challenging loops that work the star’s cardiovascular system and agility. The actress, who is a nationally ranked amateur tennis player, is also a fan of yoga and the VersaClimber.
