I’ve said it before and I’ll repeat it: it’s never made sense to me that people can feel so entitled to be right about a situation. This is especially so for the women out there that people categorize as ‘Karens.’ Whether it’s scamming people for money, harassing people over stickers, or assaulting teenagers, there’s nothing a Karen won’t do. That’s why it isn’t surprising that a Karen who drove onto a military base without permission thought she wouldn’t face any consequences. Fortunately, a video posted to Reddit proved that military police do not play.
A video posted by MoreMotivation depicts the aftermath of a woman who drove onto military property without the proper credentials or permissions. She must have tried to talk her way into whatever she wanted to do and failed because, by the time the video started, the military police she was talking with were done with her. The military police break her car window and attempt to pry her out of the car to detain her. Unfortunately, a child can be heard in the background, though he doesn’t seem to have been injured, considering the mother’s reaction.
For whatever reason, she keeps insisting that because her situation is a ‘civil matter,’ the military police don’t need to be taking the actions that they are, especially considering she’s pregnant. Even as the video ends, she continues to resist and stay in the car despite the windows having been broken in.
As I’ve explained, this level of entitlement has never made sense to me. If she had just followed their directive from the beginning, this probably wouldn’t have escalated the way it did. In several instances, she even tries to tell the police that they can’t detain her.
““You ArE NoT ThE PoLiCe”
Yeah, because they the “military” police. Lol”
Hopefully, the children in the car were unharmed and could be taken to a safe location while their mother was detained. I doubt she’ll ever try to pull a stunt like this again.
