With the increasing popularity of social media apps like TikTok among countless others, viral videos pop on daily regarding a large range of topics. However, a common occurrence seems to be road rage videos, as well as Karen encounters. Well, that’s exactly what this South Carolina family would have to deal with as they attempt to leave a parking lot. The video shows the altercation as well as having around 1K likes and 27K views.
The TikTok begins with the issues already being brought to the viewers’ full attention. From the angle the clip was filmed from, social media users see a South Carolina family attempting to leave their parking spot. Although another woman has other plans for them, as she moves her vehicle to block them. The person recording can then be heard saying, “It looks like they are about to hit mom’s car.” The text on the screen also reads, “Parking lot Karen Gaffeney South Carolina, Walmart.” It also states to “Please excuse my daughter’s language, she was standing up for my mom!”
Suddenly, the Karen would then pull her car directly in front of the family’s vehicle and throw it into park. She can then be seen getting out of her vehicle with her purse to head into the store. It is unclear what caused the original issues between the family and the Karen, yet things are getting heated. The Karen would then come back to the family’s car to speak her mind. Although the TikTok comment section was not a huge fan of this. Many would flock to the post in defense of the South Carolina family. “I love your daughter so much,” joked one. “My kids would have said the same thing,” pointed out another. Finally, one comment read, “Welcome to Gaffney, SC!”
South Carolina Walmart Karen Gets Roasted on TikTok
As the TikTok continues, the Karen begins to lecture the woman driving about parking lot etiquette. However, the daughter of the woman driving wasn’t having one bit of this as she would get into a screaming match with the Walmart Karen, calling her an “Old Hag” as well as other vulgar names. The Karen would then get back in her vehicle as the TikTok cuts off. However, that is not where this story would end, as a Part Two video was posted.
The second video shows the South Carolina woman’s daughter on the phone with law enforcement as the Karen is back outside the car window acting a fool. She can be seen dancing around and trying to get the driver to step outside the car, yet her attempts are in vain as the woman driving tells her, “You’re acting like an idiot.”
Unfortunately, though the video would end once the South Carolina Walmart Karen would begin arguing with other drivers in the parking lot, on top of the first family. Hopefully, this situation was sorted out in a timely manner, and everyone went their separate ways following this Karen’s public freak-out.
