Kelly Ripa may make headlines for her super-slim figure, but the 52-year-old today showed Instagram that she comes with a massive appetite. Posting via her Stories, the Live! host shared a photo of her terrace-set steak dinner, one marking son Michael’s birthday and also including husband Mark Consuelos.
Showing off a mountain of mouth-watering steak as she treated her son to a big birthday dinner, Kelly also peeped the fancy roof terrace of her $27 million NYC townhouse, although fan talk was likely all about the food with this photo. Together with husband Mark, Kelly is a parent to sons Michael and Joaquin, plus daughter Lola.

Sharing only an image of the dinner as she showed the edge of her terrace and its shrubbery-wrapped edges, Kelly showed that the evening’s menu contained that well-cooked steak, plenty of fresh salads in bowls, plus what appeared to be a baked cannelloni dish.
Clearly out to ensure that her son feasted like a king on his birthday, Kelly wrote: “Birthday dinner vibes,” also tagging the Instagram handles of both her husband and her son.
On Sunday, Kelly had shared a mash-up of photos and videos to her Instagram, alerting her 3 million+ followers to Michael’s birthday. “Happy 27th birthday to the founding member of our family @Michael.Consuelos 🎉 you got the ball rolling baby and we love you!” the mom of three wrote.
Says ‘We Look Like Our Children’
Kelly regularly references her children on the morning TV series she hosts, but she’s also opened up about them. In 2021, the star spoke to Bustle, looking back on her career rise, 1996 marriage to Mark, and motherhood.
“I graduated high school, I moved to New York City, and I started working on a soap right away. By the time I met Mark, he seemed very much like a grownup. He had grown up all over the world, and he was also very mature for his age. It’s funny when I look back at pictures of us, we look like our children. And to me, I think of them as glorified newborns,” she stated.
Kelly has also been celebrating daughter Lola on social media. The star has been urging fans to listen to the 22-year-old’s music as she continues to release new beats. Lola made 2022 headlines for branching into music as she dropped her debut “Paranoia Silverlining” single.
