Wearing all-black as she twinned with Necy, Kelly appeared on the left as she mirrored her trainer with a series of complex, cardio-heavy dance moves.
The Live! host, who trained in classical ballet, went for street dance moves as she bounced around, working all four limbs, plus her famous abs. Kelly was outfitted in baggy black cargo pants, pairing her loose lowers with a black crop top that peeped her trim torso. Adding in a black face mask, the wife to Mark Consuelos completed her look with white sneakers, plus a simple, ponytail hairdo. See the video below!
Says She’s The ‘Awkward’ One
Necy, meanwhile, donned a similar look, although she went for a leggings and sports bra ensemble.
In a caption, Kelly told fans: “For advanced dancers follow @a.brittany_ on the right. For awkward version follow me on the left. 😷😷🔥🔥 #lemmeseechallenge.”
Fans don’t seem to agree. “No you did the thang!” one replied. “Go Kelly. Great trainer!” another said. Kelly was also told she’s “fabulous” while gaining over 700,000 likes for her share.
Kelly is known for being super fit and for always being on her feet. In 2019, the morning TV star told The Cut that she likes her exercise regimen to be varied, every listing what it looks like.
“I was talking to a cardiologist and he said to make sure your heart beats out of your chest every day. The more you exercise, the healthier it is. And I can be honest: My body looks like Peter Pan no matter what I do,” Kelly revealed.
“I’ve never been a va-va-voom woman. I like to take AKT — which is cardio-based dance classes — about four to five days a week between 3 and 5 p.m. And I like to do SoulCycle on the weekends,” the former All My Children star added.
