Kelly Ripa won her Instagram fans over in minutes this weekend, posting a sizzling poolside shot of herself and her husband, Mark Consuelos, and introducing her cohost hubby as “Captain Underpants.”
Delighting her 3.9 million followers, 52-year-old Kelly showed off her sensational figure in a tight bathing suit as she continues to defy her age. Meanwhile, Mark flaunted his rippling muscles while shirtless as the couple enjoyed “one last swim” while on vacation. Quickly joking that Kelly and Mark have “let themselves go” was friend and reality star Lisa Rinna.
Kelly Ripa Stuns In Swimsuit With Husband On Instagram
Highlighting her super-toned legs and tiny waist, Kelly wowed in a strapless swimsuit in black and colored leaf prints. Drawing attention to her trim silhouette as she also showed off a golden tan, the Live! star cozied up to her actor husband, with fans seeing him in black trunks.
Placing one hand to her husband’s bulging bicep, Kelly rocked shades as she sported her blonde locks down, but fans know that the photos are only half of it on Kelly’s IG.
Introducing ‘Captain Underpants’
In a caption, Kelly wrote: “Greetings from Captains Underpants 🩱🩳 (One last swim).” Fans further saw the swanky pool behind the couple backing onto ocean waters. Kelly offered no clue as to where she and Mark were.
Gaining over 1,000 likes was Bravo star Lisa Rinna, who wrote: “I’m sorry to see that you’ve both just let yourselves go. Let’s do better in 2024 😍.”

Kelly and Mark continue to make headlines for their long-lasting marriage. The couple met in 1995 and on the set of All My Children. One year later, they eloped to Las Vegas and have been happily married ever since. Together, the New York residents are parents to children Michael, Lola, and Joaquin.
Speaking on her Let’s Talk Off Camera With Kelly Ripa podcast last year, Kelly admitted that the years go “fast” while discussing her marriage.
“I think if you ask either one of us how long we’ve been married, we’ll probably say something in between three and eight years because that seems like a reasonable number to be married. But then we look and we have adult children and we’ve gone through a lot of things together.”
