Kelly Ripa more than impressed Instagram as she showed off her yoga skills with husband Mark Consuelos back in 2018. In May of that year, actor Mark shared backyard photos of a couple’s yoga session he and 53-year-old Kelly had enjoyed, and it was challenging stuff.
Showing off her lithe figure as she limbered up and bent herself every which way, Kelly stunned in the sun, with fans also getting a reminder of the Live! cohosts’ long-term marriage. Kelly, who married Riverdale star Mark in 1996, is clearly proof that couples who sweat together stay together! The post earned Mark over 150,000 likes, plus plenty of comments on how fit he and Kelly are.

Lifting her arms high in the air in the first photo, Kelly had Mark supporting her entire body weight with his legs as he lay back on a blue yoga mat.
Enjoying sunny weather and a grassy, poolside space, the TV stars showed off their duo move as Kelly bent her legs, and with a tight leggings and tank top look, fans got a view of the blonde’s super-toned figure. Highlighting her shredded arms and shoulders as she wore a loose-fitting white tank over a black crop top, Kelly reminded Instagram of her lithe frame, and Mark was definitely displaying his strong legs.
In a swipe right, things turned even more challenging as Kelly went for an eagle pose with her legs stretched out behind her. Once again, and looking like she was floating in the air, the former All My Children actress had Mark lifting her up, although the third slide switched things around. Here, Kelly more than proved she can lift.

Using a hashtag to confirm he and Kelly were in The Bahamas, Mark wrote: “I’m not gonna lie. The mrs. And I got into some freaky shizzzzz this weekend 👀🤸🏼♂️🤼♀️🧘🏽♂️🧘🏼♀️🥨.”
Fans loved it. While one replied: “Impressed,” another said: “Wow…Talk about ripped!!!”
Kelly’s fit figure regularly makes headlines. Earlier this year, the star’s trainer opened up about her famous client, stating:
“She usually works out six days a week.” Trainer Anna Kaiser continued:
“Even when she travels, she’ll do the workouts virtually if she needs to. Everyone knows that is her hour, morning or evening, she gets 45 minutes in and that is her time.”
Kelly, known for following an alkaline diet and being alcohol-free, also loves to watch what she eats. The caffeine lover is into nutrient-packed salads and oatmeal and nut butter breakfasts, and she keeps her pep up with both a bullet coffee start, plus a Starbucks on-set.
