KFC Gaming is a relatively new branch of the fast-food franchise KFC. As with any social media presence, this was another marketing tool for the restaurant. Dating its established back to 2018, they have earned a substantial presence on Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. In step with this year’s next-gen console release, they announced the release of their own. So, to poke fun at the Cyberpunk release it’s funny to see their spin on things.

Known as the KFConsole, KFC Gaming announced in June it would hit the market alongside other systems.

What does KFC Gaming Say About Cyberpunk 2077?

Since it was first announced, Cyberpunk 2077 has maintained its popularity. But issue after issue has prevented the release since April of this year. The delays have motivated many to simply cancel their pre-orders.

With rumors of their ‘crunch time’ methods affecting stocks, it felt right for the parody account to share their thoughts. Along with the game’s delay, the Colonel’s gaming channel had to delay their console. According to their tweet, it was the ‘Chicken Chamber’ that gave them issues:

We’d love to respond but corporate approval team never got back to us. Damn.

Cyberpunk 2077‘s response to KFC Gaming is a sign they are in good spirits. A great deal of the developers’ marketing has gone to bring to life some of the game’s contents. Exclusive to China, a Cyberpunk-themed version of the OnePlus 8T has been released. Also, the phone can be customized cosmetically with badges representing different factions.

In addition, they have recreated the car driven by Johnny Silverhand using a Porsche 911 Turbo.

It’s a great way to keep up the hype for the games. But whether or not disheartened gamers return remains to be seen. The release of Cyberpunk 2077 current set for December 10th.

What do you think of KFC Gaming’s delay on their console? Could a ‘Chicken Chamber’ be good or bad? How do you feel about the delays regarding Cyberpunk 2077? Let us know in the comments!
