This month, the entrepreneur introduced yet another addition to her ever-growing brand, a collaboration with the jewelry brand Swarovski. The Swarovski x SKIMS collection features wearable crystal-packed jewelry, crystal-adorned underwear, and catsuits, among other creative inclusions available in various shapes and sizes.
The collection officially hit the market on Tuesday, November 7, after days of anticipation. To mark its release, Kim Kardashian took to Instagram to share a clip showing her exploring the first-of-its-kind Swarovski x SKIMS collaboration with famed jeweler Giovanna Engelbert.
The clip, which doubles as a promotional video, began with Kim Kardashian clad in a glistening silver outfit adorned with crystals as she ravaged through an array of clothing. She fished out a sports bra from the mix, describing it as one of her favorite pieces from the collection. The entrepreneur introduced the crystal-adorned catsuits, admitting her love for crystals and longtime interest in Swarovski pieces.
She also explained her decision to collaborate with the brand after noticing a change in its latest products. Kim Kardashian attributed the change to Giovanna’s creative input, which ultimately inspired her to make crystals into wearable clothes. Hence, the birth of the Swarovski x SKIMS collection.

As Kim Kardashian’s voice continued her narration in the background, a video carousel showing the making of the crystal outfits ran through the screen. The clip also featured shots of the fashion mogul trying on a crystal bikini top and a long crystal skirt. Unlike the initial piece, which had more coverage, the set flattered Kim’s curves, revealing her SKIMS underwear and bare boobs. She posed for several photos in the revealing outfit. Her exchange with Giovanna became emotional at some point as Kim declared that “the world needs more glamor.”
