According to The Sun, New Yorkers expressed their dismay with Kim’s latest project. The city awoke to the gigantic version of Kim Kardashian. The Kim blow-up sporting a skimpy blue bikini stunned spectators in Times Square Tuesday morning.
The Kardashian balloon depicts all of Kim’s most famous curvy assets and is seen lying in a sultry horizontal position. New York residents have taken to social media to express their distaste for the busty blow-up of Kim Kardashian.
As KarJenner followers know, the family is used to public controversy. She seemingly thrives on the drama, often incorporating it into the popular family Hulu reality series, The Kardashians.

Kim Kardashian Pushes The Envelope

If there is one thing she enjoys most, it is being the subject of conversation. To bring her vision to fruition, Kim teamed up with Amy Kule, who previously spent 20 years leading the production of the Macy’s Day Thanksgiving Day Parade before launching her own creative agency.
The 60-foot balloon of Kardashian’s likeness hit the busiest tourist thoroughfare of New York City. Kim believes the attention-grabbing marketing move is the perfect tease for Thursday’s Skims launch.
“I absolutely love how this collection has something for everyone. Whether you’re on vacation or at the beach, it’s all about feeling confident and amazing in what you wear,” Kardashian said in a recent statement.
Fans are taking their opinions on Kim Kardashian’s risky ad campaign to Reddit: “I would DIE before I allowed a bloated balloon figure of myself to be planted in the middle of Times Square! This is horrifying!” writes one commenter.
“This is embarrassing,” adds another. “This looks weird af,” Kim’s kids must be so embarrassed. So, inappropriate!” claims one more.
Kim Kardashian reveals she is very proud of the ad. The collection features swimsuits, coverups, and poolside accessories.
Skims is also branching out with a new men’s line, with an exclusive in-store partnership with Bloomingdale. The new Skims collection will be available on March 6.
Who knows where the Kim Kardashian Skims blow-up will land following the campaign? Perhaps Kim will wrangle a spot in the next Macy’s Thanksgiving parade, or it could become a fixture in her Calabasas mansion.
