Kim Kardashian recently celebrated her 44th on Oct. 21, and she headed to social media to give her 360 million fans a glimpse of her big day. She has a lot of people who love her and want to make her celebrations memorable, which is why her “lifers” (or rather her besties) decided to throw her a surprise party.
Kardashian posted a bunch of snaps of herself looking gorgeous as she posed in a beige outfit that showed off all of her curves. She can also be seen blowing out her candles and posing with her cake. She shared more about what was going on in the pictures with her caption, writing, “HB2 ME- love when my lifers surprise me w a cute dinner to celebrate.”
So, what is the problem, you ask? Some fans have taken issue with the fact that Kardashian didn’t bother to post even one photo of her friends responsible for the party, and the entire post is all about her. Of course, there could be many good reasons for this, maybe her friends want to remain private? Perhaps they had discussed beforehand that this post should be about the reality TV star? We don’t have the answers, but that hasn’t stopped fans from getting really mad about the situation.

The comment section of Kim Kardashian’s post has been filled with messages from fans and haters alike. Some have taken issue with the fact that she didn’t celebrate her loved ones, and comments include, “Not one picture of them, Kim. I scrolled all the way to the end,” and “Well, narcissists love all the spotlight on them.”
Others think she was way too dressed up not to have known she was attending a surprise party. “U ain’t dressed like u was surprised,” a comment reads. “That outfit is cringe worthy,” another weighed in. Her dress has also been compared to a condom, which is unkind, to say the least.
Kardashian has previously spoken about the people she considers her best friends and their importance to her. “I have the best friends and they’re super supportive,” she said on an episode of The Kardashians, per E! News. “I think that’s probably why I’ve never seen a therapist, is because I have the best friends in the entire world and they mean everything to me.”
