Kim Kardashian is catching a lot of flak for her parenting after her eldest son dabbled in something way beyond his pay grade. Just a month after opening a YouTube channel for her son, Saint West, access has been restricted.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed that Saint’s YouTube channel with the handle @TheGoatSaint no longer exists. Per reports from The Daily Beast, the page was allegedly taken down by strict Kardashian after he uploaded politically charged posts that put Vice President Kamala Harris in a negative light. It is unclear what the content of the posts is and when they were uploaded. Recall that the SKIMS founder announced Saint’s channel on September 3 on her Instagram Story. She revealed that she made the eight-year-old sign a homemade contract to encourage responsibility.
“I finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube Channel after signing an extensive contract,” she explained. “Saint signed a solid contract for this YouTube Channel. He better not breach.” The mother-of-four proceeded to give fans a glimpse into the handwritten agreement. Saint promised to “follow my moms [sic] rules in order to have a YouTube channel,” as seen in the contract. Some of the rules include not commenting on “personal family information,” not filming any “personal information,” and not recording “while North [West] is recording music.”
Saint West Might Have Broken The Rules, But Fans Blame Kim Kardashian
Although Saint’s blunder cost him the account, fans online believe it is all Kardashian’s fault. Many accused her of exposing her children to mature topics like politics. “The kid is 8. Let’s not act like he is 15 and going through his edgy phase,” a fan wrote on Reddit. “8-year-old kids shouldn’t be thinking about politics and for sure not be posting hate-oriented political posts.”
Another similar comment read, “lil bro is EIGHT YEARS OLD. What the hell does he know about politics? Why is he posting on YouTube shorts?“
A third fan argued, “Lol Saint is too young to be interested in stuff like this. Tf going on in that household?“
As of this writing, clicking on Saint’s page reveals the message, “This page isn’t available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else.” Only time will tell if Kardashian will ever restore the YouTube privileges.
