In an 8-slide carousel, Kim showed her 359 million followers what she has been up to in recent times. The SKIMS founder included photos of her and her four children clad in Kris Jenner-themed pajamas during the celebration of the matriarch’s 69th birthday. Also documented in the post was Kim’s belly button piercing. Although Kim’s new piercing was quite the highlight for fans, many couldn’t ignore the fourth slide — a selfie of her and fashion icon Michèle Lamy. Lamy, known for her signature dark gothic style, rocked an oversized sweater, which she lifted to cover part of her face. The wife of designer Rick Owens adorned her finger with several metallic silver rings while sporting black eyeliner.
In no time, the comments section was filled with angry fans who weren’t pleased with Kim and Lamy hanging out. “Ruined the post with 4th slide,” one comment read.
