Kim Zolciak’s Home Foreclosure Is a Lie
Ironically, the home’s foreclosure for $880,000 in 2012 gave room for the couple to purchase it in 2014 from its previous owners.
Sources claim the 7-bedroom mansion has tripled in cost and would be sold on March 7 by Trust Bank, after the couple spent nine years in the home.
This comes after they allegedly failed to pay a $1.65 million loan taken out in 2016 for the home. Despite a notice shared by Fulton County, the family claims it’s false.
Kim Zolciak’s daughters, Brielle and Ariana, explained that it was a big misunderstanding. They echoed that they still inhabit the property and do not plan to move.
The girls buttress that Kim Zolciak’s home foreclosure rumor should not be taken to heart as they recently slept at home before hitting the road.
Though they failed to provide additional details about the misunderstanding, they went on about how they are comfortable calling the Georgia mansion home.
