Nearly fifteen years ago, someone combined Mickey Mouse with Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts was born. While we continue to wait for Kingdom Hearts III, Square Enix clearly wants new players to catch up. Therefore the Kingdom Hearts HD remakes will be hitting PS4 next year.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 and 2.5 updated the graphics while adding plenty of bonus content. Furthermore, this allowed them to add content based on elements in future games. More specifically, 1.5 and 2.5 are bundles that contain the updated main games as well updated and more. Because they also contain updated versions of many of the side games. Since Kingdom Hearts 2.8 includes an updated version of Kingdom Hearts 3D, PS4 has a lot of KH content on the horizon.
The Kingdom Hearts series has taken the world by storm. This is due to being superb action RPGs under all the brightly colored characters. With a huge amount of different moves, you could design your own play style. While the series may have Mickey Mouse fighting alongside Cloud Strife, the combat system is deep. KH games are littered with iconic moments as well. From the opening stages of the first game to the war sequence in Kingdom Hearts II.
Kingdom Hearts III promises to take things even further with the ability to transform your keyblade. Also, we;ve been promised the conclusion to the story arc that has been going since the first game. In the meantime, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 and 2.5 should go some way to passing the time until then.
