Autumn is still surprising us with many new game announcements, such as the ones we saw during the Galaxies Gaming Showcase 2025 from publisher Kwalee. Not one, not two, and not three, but four new games were announced, all of them from different genres and boasting different styles. So, in case you missed the show or just want to watch the trailers again, we’ve listed four of the upcoming game releases from Kwalee that just made an appearance at the recent showcase.
Talespinner

Talespinner is an upcoming deck-builder roguelike game that puts you inside the alluring Japanese mythology. You’ll pick a hero and take them through a narrative that changes depending on your choices and your deck. There will be three heroes you can choose from, each with different gameplay mechanics. You can also choose between different scenarios, such as one where Hanzo Hattori chases you or one where you’ll chase the legendary Yuki Onna. If you want to get a taste of it, a demo will land with one playable character, four biomes, two different narrative paths, and two hidden story twists.

HARK THE GHOUL

HARK THE GHOUL was another game announced during the Galaxies Gaming Showcase, and this one brings a dungeon-crawler with a first-person perspective and retro graphics that all players will appreciate. There are also exploration-focused mechanics, and its combat has a bit of soulslike to it, while also throwing some immersive-sim problem-solving into the mix. The demo will allow you to experience new enemies, weapons, magic spells, and consumables, and also let you tailor some of your visual experience with different aspect ratios.

Ground Zero

Are you ready for a retro-inspired survival horror? Then Ground Zero is the game for you. This title brings the old-school survival horror feel set in a devastated South Korea, where you need to find the truth behind a meteor impact that transformed everyone into harrowing creatures. There is a demo available right now that you can try, and the developers have also confirmed that Ground Zero will launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles in 2026, meaning that more players will be able to jump into this unique and retro-modern adventure.
You can check the demo here.
Town to City

While not a new game, the gorgeous city-builder, Town to City, is getting a massive update that will introduce many new features to let players experience their city in a new way. A first-person mode is coming alongside the ability for citizens to adopt pets. You can even add cattle to your town if that’s something you’d want to do. And to add more new things to the town, players can place two new buildings: a dressmaker and a patisserie. This major update will launch in November.
