Kylie Jenner is setting the record straight. During an interview with British Vogue, the beauty mogul broke her silence regarding rumors she’s experimented with weight loss drugs. Specifically, fans believe Jenner turned to Ozempic to help her achieve a slimmer figure. While the internet is convinced her physical appearance changed due to medication, she claims the theory couldn’t be further from the truth.
Was Kylie Jenner’s Weight Loss Due to Ozempic? Fans Apparently Think So
As it turns out, Kylie Jenner’s weight has naturally fluctuated due to her pregnancies. “I was 200 pounds when I gave birth to my 9-pound babies: 8.3 and 8.9,” she told British Vogue. After giving birth to her daughter Stormi in February 2018, Jenner said she “lost all the baby weight” but later regained it during her second pregnancy. Once her son Aire arrived in February 2022, Jenner began exercising again to return to her normal weight. “I felt in shape and it was working out, and then I got pregnant and did it all over again,” she said.
While her weight changed naturally over time, Jenner said she’s been accused of turning to drugs to trim her waist. She wished fans could have shown her more “empathy” during her pregnancies. Even now, Jenner says people continue to make unnecessary comments about her physical appearance. Apparently, they go so far as to make side-by-side photos to compare her weight now versus a few years ago.
I’m back at my weight I was before I had my daughter and son and people are putting side by sides of me three months postpartum. I’m like: ‘Does everyone forget that I had two children and I gained 60 pounds both pregnancies?’
Jenner co-parents her children Stormi and Aire with rapper Travis Scott. The couple has been in an on-again, off-again relationship since 2017. Their latest breakup appeared to happen in January 2023. Since then, Jenner has been romantically linked with actor Timothée Chalamet.
