Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have proceeded to court to legalize the change of their son’s name. The little cutie’s name was initially Wolfe Jacques Webster until he clocked a year old. This was when his parents decided to give him what they referred to as a befitting name, Aire Webster.

The news got many of their fans wondering why they have decided to change their son’s name. However, TMZ disclosed that the famous parents wanted to change their baby’s name because after spending time with him they discovered that the name Aire Webster would be a better fit.
Both Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have signed the petition and are waiting for the court’s response to finalize the name change.
Although The Kardashians star announced that she changed his son’s name a month after he was born, she didn’t unveil the name until January 2023. In the post of unveiling, the 25-year-old showed her little one for the first time alongside his new name.
Fans React To Kylie Jenner And Scott’s Name Choice For Their Son
After the Kylie cosmetics founder made a post on her Instagram story to unveil her son’s name, fans reacted differently to the new name.
Some were confused by the “e” at the end of the name. However, the mother of two quickly clarified by saying that the name is still the same pronunciation as the element.
Although the name reportedly means Lion of God in the Hebrew language, it seems the on-and-off couple didn’t make their findings well before settling for the name.
Fans pointed out that the name is slang for penis in the Arabic language. A fan jokingly commented that the inspiration behind the name “Aire” must have come from the popular Avatar series The Last Airbender.
The influencer used audio from the opening scene of Avatar which describes the four elements: Air, Water, Fire, and Earth to show how the reality star got their son’s name. However, she was not angry at the comment as she joined in the cruise by replying with two laughing emojis.
